La ministra de Salud, Carla Vizzotti, y su par de Turismo, Matías Lammens, visitaron centros de testeo y de vacunación emplazados en Mar del Plata, San Bernardo y Villa Gesell en el marco del operativo Detectar Verano, que tiene como objetivo «sostener la actividad turística y cuidar la salud de la población«, informaron desde la cartera sanitaria.
La actividad comenzó en el centro de testeo contra el virus Sars-CoV-2 en San Bernardo, y continuó en un vacunatorio de Villa Gesell, para concluir por la tarde en Mar del Plata, donde Vizzotti recorrió las instalaciones del Instituto Nacional de Epidemiología «Dr. Juan Jara» y visitó una posta de vacunación en el balneario Mute, en las playas de la zona sur de la ciudad.
De ese modo, Vizzotti y Lammens supervisaron el trabajo interministerial que se viene llevando adelante en esas localidades de la Costa Atlántica con la intención de seguir vacunando contra la Covid-19, incluso a personas que están de vacaciones y, en tanto turistas, se encuentren fuera de su lugar de residencia habitual.
