El Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal Federal (TOF) número 6 de Comodoro Py tomará indagatoria al exmarino Adolfo Miguel Donda en el juicio oral y público que se sigue por la apropiación de su sobrina, la nieta restituida y actual interventora del Inadi, Victoria Donda Pérez.
La indagatoria ante el TOF 6, integrado por Ricardo Basilico, Daniel Horacio Obligado y Gabriela López Iñíguez, se realizará a partir de las 10 de este lunes con una modalidad mixta que combinará la presencialidad y la virtualidad.
Los abogados querellantes de Abuelas de Plaza de Mayo, en ese juicio, prevén que el represor negará «cualquier tipo de responsabilidad» frente a los hechos que se le imputan.
El 28 de mayo de 1977 María Hilda “Cori” Pérez fue secuestrada embarazada de cinco meses en la zona oeste del conurbano bonaerense por miembros de la Fuerza Aérea, y, en agosto del mismo año, fue trasladada a la ESMA, donde dio a luz a una niña a la que llamó Victoria, quien posteriormente fue apropiada por el prefecto Juan Antonio Azic, quien integró junto a Donda uno de los Grupos de Tareas de la ESMA.
Este juicio es un nuevo tramo de la causa en la que se dio por probada la existencia de un Plan Sistemático de Apropiación de Menores y derivó en la condena de Azic por el caso de Victoria.
