El exdelantero y actual candidato para presidente de Racing, Diego Alberto Milito, se reunió con el presidente de la FIFA, Gianni Infantino, y detalló que le contó sobre “el Racing por el que trabajo y sueño”. Vale recordar que el «Príncipe» se encuentra en Europa hace algunas semanas con el objetivo de incorporar ideas para una posible gestión.
Milito detalló en sus redes sociales que la reunión se llevó a cabo en la oficina de Infantino en Zúrich, Suiza, y reveló que “en nuestra conversación coincidimos en muchos temas: la importancia de una infraestructura moderna, de rodearnos de los mejores profesionales, de una visión estratégica a mediano y largo plazo, y del enorme potencial del fútbol femenino. Con mi equipo ya estamos trabajando en cada una de estas áreas”.
La idea principal de Milito es poder llegar lo más preparado posible a las elecciones de la Academia que se llevarán adelante el 15 de diciembre. Además de la lista de exfutbolista, también figura la de Miguel Jiménez. El oficialismo, con Víctor Blanco a la cabeza, aún no oficializó a ningún candidato.
